Snow Lion Again

Since August 2008, I have stayed now 3 times in the Snow Lion Resort (or Snow Lion Riverside Resort, as I understood the official name now is).

Why coming back? In August 2008 it was my first time I actually saw the resort. William and Linda had told me about it, but they had "forgotten" to tell me how nice it was.

The rooms are all very tasty decorated. Contrary to so many hotels I have seen in my more then 10 years on the road (and over 2 years China), the Snow Lion was build with a vision. The hotels were build with an idea to make people feel like at home.

In my case it couldn't be like that as my home is nowhere as nice as the hotel (trust me in this). The rooms have style, see the video I uploaded on the main Snow Lion page.

But a hotel is as good as the owners and their staff. William and Linda are friends for many years. They have managed to find a wonderful staff. I don't know them all by name but Linna is the always smiling and helpful manager.

No question is too much for Linna but other girls should be mentioned. And so does the bicycle man and the great cooking staff. Whatever you need, they're always ready to help you out. Even if you need one print of an email which took a long time but the girls never gave up! A big thank you to you all.

I might be back in October and I would love to stay again in the Snow Lion Resort. You know now why!

PS Personally I like the rooms in the back more then the front although the front rooms have a bathtub, but the back views are nicer!
