Rice terrace hike

Jessie took us to the rice terraces of Ping'an. It was a full day excursion filled with beautiful scenery, visits with local minority people, new cuisine, and of course, Jessie's good company. Jessie took us on a two hour hike down the rice terraces through local villages. We were able to stop in one house and visit with the owners, getting a glimpse into their way of life. Our day with Jessie was the highlight of our trip to China.
