Timeshare
Timeshares afford vacationers the opportunity to visit their favorite vacation destination year after year without struggling to find appropriate accommodations. Because they offer pre-paid, week long accommodation, timeshares relieve much of the hassle of seeking out clean, comfortable hotels or motels and securing daily accommodation. Renting day-to-day space at a hotel can often prove quite costly. Owning vacation property in your favorite destination, like Yangshuo and Guilin, offers a great alternative that can be very cost-effective. Doesn't this sound great? Come on in and read more here:

==================================== Since 1999 the people of Pudi village celebrate annually the rebuilding of the village temple. What started as a small celebration is grown into a real festival day with basketball, Chinese Opera and much more. People from surrounding villages come and the town is packed with people. http://www.yangshuo-travel-guide.com/temple-festival.html
==================================== Advertising can be expensive. Our Yangshuo website gives you now the option to advertise for a very reasonable price. You have different choices how to advertise. You can even advertise in this newsletter! We would like to do business with Yangshuo, Guilin, China businesses or related to the travel business in general. Read more here:

A new website came to my attention: Foreigner in China,com. The website gives some very useful background info about Chinese culture, religion and a few travel tips. It's a young and (if you ask me) very promising website.

==================================== Jessie's holiday in Thailand Jessie Lu is our very valued guide and operator in Yangshuo. During the year Jessie is busy to guide people around Yangshuo. Early January, Jessie went to Thailand to experience the other side: she became the customer using a local guide in Thailand. Here's Jessie's experience using local guides in Thailand:

====================================
A few years ago I was on my way to Yangshuo. At the time of this story I was still in Yunnan when I met a Chinese cyclist. He had cycled all the way from the far north west of China, Yining (near Urumqi) along the borders of China. He showed me some pictures of him with an icebeard which, unfortunately I can not show here. But this guy had an amazing journey, using a cheap and lousy Chinese made bicycle. One of the last real adventurers as I recall. Here's the story.
